Hi I’m Bill Rhine. I have been hunting and fishing most of my life because we had a father who took us out and helped us experience the thrill of the outdoors, “Thanks dad”. I mostly waterfowl hunt but I do manage some turkey hunting on and fishing. Thanks to a wife who understands my passion for hunting and fishing. I am able to take my son Avery along and experience some of this with him. I would like to thank the people who have helped me on stage and in the field. I would also like to thank my hunting partners which we share a lot of the time together. Big thanks to the people who make the great gear we use so check them out. I would like to thank those who have helped with SCC so far, it’s been great working with a great group of people and lastly my wife who has put up with me through this. Enjoy our site anytime and feel to contact us anytime
Thank You

I live in Ronks, Pa. with my wife Deb of 23 years and my 2 sons Jeffrey & Shawn. I grew up hunting in Pennsylvania for Whitetails and small game. I started waterfowl hunting in 2006 while trying to keep my oldest son interested in hunting. From the very first time we both were hooked. Although, working in the archery business for the past 10 years I have found waterfowl hunting to be more enjoyable spending time with friends and family sitting in a blind then sitting alone in a tree |

I am Jeff Long, 15 years old. I live in Ronks, Pa. I have two loving parents and a pain in the neck younger brother. It all started out long before I could even walk or talk. I remember my dad went small game and deer hunting all the time. As I got older he would take me with him and the dog that we had. I enjoyed going with him. Then when I turned 11 my dad took me to get my hunters safety course. Dad and I would go out archery/gun hunting every chance we got. Dad and our friend Dave set up a date to take me waterfowl hunting. I only had to go one time and I got hooked. Dad and Mom even got me a chocolate lab “Maggie” for me to have as a hunting buddy. While at a waterfowl show I met Bill Rhine he heard me calling and recommended that I should try out for the youth calling contest. I did and I enjoy that also. Now I live my life to hunt waterfowl and doing some calling contests in the area. In my spare time I do mixed martial arts but my passion is spending time with my dad and our hunting crew. I mostly enjoy trying to train my hunting buddy and hope for her to be ready for early season. In my opinion life can not get any better then spending time with dad and with his help and support training my best friend Maggie. |

I am a 42 year old man and live in Lancaster, Pa. with my very supportive wife Denise and son Zachary. I grew up hunting and fishing at an early age thanks to my father. I grew up hunting mostly deer and small game. Then my dad took me duck hunting and an obsession was born. After serving 15 years in the US Army, I got to hunt deer and waterfowl in many different states. During the goose season, I hunt every opportunity I get. In the off season, I enjoy trout fishing, turkey hunting and martial arts. And of course getting ready for the next waterfowl season. |

I have been waterfowl, deer, turkey, and bear hunting for over 30 years. I have enjoyed hunting waterfowl for the past four years thanks to Bill. In the process I have learned to call geese and ducks. I have been associated with Susquehanna Custom Calls for the past several years. I assist in the finishing of the custom calls and support the growth of the business. I also enjoy hunting whitetails with my bow, spring and fall turkey and the challenging PA black bear. In the off season I enjoy the competition of techno-hunting with my bow and spending time at my place in western Pennsylvania. |

Hello my name is Ron Robbins I have been water fowl hunting for about nine years, thanks to my friend Bill Rhine for introducing me into it. Over the years I have had many good times while out duck and goose hunting. I have enjoyed every adventure with Bill over the years. The latest is being involved with Susquehanna Custom Calls. It has been a thrill to me to be involved with the whole process from start to the finished product. To take pride in something you’re not just using to call in ducks and geese, but knowing you helped to make a quality call. Also this past season I had the opportunity to introduce my twelve year old daughter to water fowl hunting, and to see her reactions while hunting. To sum it up for me is to say having good times with old friends, making new ones, and passing along the thrill of hunting to my children. That’s what it is all about to me. |

My name is Andrew Shamp. Currently reside in Central Pennsylvania. Waterfowling is more than a passion to me it’s an obsession. Someday I dream to become a professional and hunt 365 days out of the year. I have made a lot of new friends and hunting partners over the years. I’d have to say my brother is my favorite hunting companion. We’ve learned a lot and had a lot of success these past years on how to put birds on the ground. With out the help from bill rhine and the staff we wouldn’t be the waterfowlers we are today. Those guys are always there and always willing to teach us the tactics and skills we need to be successful in the field.. I’d like to thank all of you for your support and knowledge. |

Hi, my name is Shawn Kimmel. I live in Pine Grove, PA and I have been Hunting Waterfowl for almost 15 years now. I starting out at age 12 hunting primarily deer and small game, then one day my uncle brought up the idea of trying out goose hunting. From that day on my life has changed dramatically. I never thought I could get so addicted to anything! Now at age 26 my life pretty much revolves around Waterfowling and what a busy life it is. I am the founder and now Vice Chairman of Pine Grove Chapter Ducks Unlimited as well as an FE with Drake Waterfowl Systems. I keep busy blowing goose calls, training my Chessie, and Hunting/Fishing every chance that I get. Waterfowl is my passion however I hunt and fish for pretty much everything that they open a season for. Unfortunately to support all the fun, I also need to keep a real job so I am employed as an Active Duty Soldier in the PA Army National Guard. My true passion is calling ducks and geese. Even more then actually shooting birds I love watching them react to a call. Nothing like seeing a flock of geese locked up coming right at you and knowing that you convinced them to do so! I have been blowing Susquehanna Custom Calls since they started making them and will tell you that they have quickly become the favorites on my lanyard. The range of sound in the goose call is absolutely exceptional! |
